The place was impressive and wonderful, with friendly staff that ranged from the cleaning crew to the management.

Everything was good, fab location adjacent to the sea front as well as the city center, welcoming staff.

A huge variety of appetising food at breakfast time. Exceptionally nice units with a particularly good view over the side sea. Fab location in a lovely area very close to all restaurants and shopping street as well as the mountains.

This place is amazing and offers top-notch quality. the staff is really friendly and the location is fantastic, close to the beach and shops 🌊🏖️. It's a central spot, perfect for exploring the local area and enjoying the sea and beach nearby.

The standard of the food was poor in relation to the quality of the hotel. I was overcharged on the bar bill, not by a significant amount but nevertheless disappointing to see.

Must be the crapiest 4 star hotel I have ever been to. Old building and old rooms with very worn beds. Staff seemed very confused.

The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, perfect for those with physical handicaps. the staff were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful. the dining room was classy and the food was fantastic, whether enjoyed by the pool or in the main dining area. the hotel's pool was lovely and the bartender made great cocktails. the location was exceptional, with the beach just a short walk away and the city center easily accessible. a great experience.

It's rather noisy because the windows are in front of the road! Beach is very exspensive.

the staff was very friendly and very helpful. the room and bathroom were clean, the beds were OK but had compact and hard pillows.

the breakfast buffet wasn't so good, lack of choices and bad coffee etc. the pool was closed

Nothing, it used to be 5 stars, it is now a dump.

tiny outdated rooms, no shower, ac in middle of room, leaking water, desk, in front of bathroom door, nowhere to work, torn curtains,torn dirty rugs, could not even walk around, every square foot was occupied patio doors would not shut, a real dump, maybe .5 stars. pillows are 50 years old, horrible place, you guys have done great for us except for two places. but this is the pits. picture on your site, nothing like our oom or any they now have
